At RLT, we pride ourselves on being a school-centred team rather than a distant central office. Our strength lies in a collaborative mix of full time and part time specialists, alongside many "hybrid" colleagues who balance roles within our schools with wider Trust work. This approach ensures our central team is always in touch with the classroom, while providing our school-based staff with meaningful opportunities for professional growth. By staying connected, we ensure our focus remains exactly where it should be: on achieving excellent outcomes for our pupils.
