Ben Trevail Data Manager

Ben has worked in primary education for 20 years, as a teacher, senior leader and headteacher. He has been working for RLT since 2022 and combines his assistant head role at Charlbury Primary School with working one day a week as trust data manager. Ben has always had a passion for all things mathematical and takes great pleasure in crunching data and analysing patterns and trends. Outside of education Ben loves writing songs and playing in a band, and walks in the country with his family and dog (Winnie the cockapoo).
